Ingredients

    4 cups Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked
    .5 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
    5 cloves Garlic
    3 tbsp Tahini
    Salt to taste
    1/2 tsp each of curry powder, paprika, cumin

Tips

Dried chickpeas that are soaked overnight and then boiled have a fresher taste than canned.
