Ingredients

    2 Cups White Flour
    2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    quarter cup oil
    quarter cup sugar
    1 packet yeast
    1.5 tsp salt
1.25 Cup Water, about 110 degrees

Tips

I just run my tap on the highest setting for a couple of minutes, until I can barely tolerate the temperature. That is how I know my water is ready to go. Others microwave the water for 60 seconds (assuming it takes 2 minutes to bring water to boil).

Directions

In bread machine, add in this order: water, sugar, salt, oil, flour. Make well in flour and add in yeast. Turn on dough cycle, or mix by hand. Once it is done rising, beat down dough and braid. Let rise half hour, then bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
