Introduction

My husband loves this pie, and I was looking for a way to make it better for you. At 8 servings / pie, it's less than 200 calories, so overall not TOO bad. Light and summery. Ingredients

    Large tub, Philidelphia Light Cheese
    Sugar Free Raspberry Jello Mix
    1/3 Cup Splenda
    Pint of Fat Free Whipped Cream

Directions

Dissolve jello in one cup of boiling water - leave to side to cool
Mix splenda and cream cheese in mixing bowl - add the cooled jello mixture.
Fold mixture into the whipped cream.
Poor into the pre-made pie crust.

Leave to set in fridge for 6-12 hours (pref: day before use]
