Banana PNB Protein Smoothie

Introduction

These protein smoothies are great after a hike to replenish your protein while you cool down. These protein smoothies are great after a hike to replenish your protein while you cool down.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups Almond Breeze Unsweetened
    2 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
    1/2 serving Vanilla CytoSport Muscle Milk (13g protein)
    1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Tips

If you don't already have frozen bananas, slice and freeze bananas and place on tray in freezer. Put in bags once flash frozen. (Best if frozen at least overnight.)

Directions

In VitaMix or other high powered blender, pour in almond milk, add protein, peanut butter and last add frozen bananas. For VitaMix start on low variable and quickly take to high. Process until well mixed.

Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
