Ingredients

    Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 fl oz
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 16 oz
    *Albertson's Pepper Jack Cheese-Montery Jack Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers(1oz), 8 serving
    Cheddar Cheese, 4 oz
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 16 oz
    *Carnation Non-fat Powdered Milk, .5 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    *canned green chilies - 4 oz, 1 serving
    White flour

Directions

My instructions take into account that you already know how to cook. I've come as close as I can to copying my recipe. Water is not exact. Fat free milk could be used in the place of water and powdered milk.

Brown the turkey meat then add the oil, flour, water and powdered milk to make a gravy. Add or reduce the water to get the correct texture.

In a 9 by 13 add some of the sauce. Then add a layer of noodles. Next add the pepper jack cheese. Next come the noodles and more of the sauce. Add more noodles and the cottage cheese. Last layer of noodles and top with the last of the sauce and the cheddar cheese.

Serving Size: 9 by 13 cut into 12 pieces
