Harvest Salad with Apple Cider Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

    2 Cups of Field Greens lettuce mix
    1/2 red pear, cut into small slices
    1/4 cup of dried cherries
    1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
    1 tablespoon crumbled gorgonzola cheese

    Dressing:
    In a small bowl, whisk together:
    2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar (I prefer Claudio 25-year Balsamic)
    1 small squirt of Dijon Mustard
    1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider
    Salt/Pepper

Directions

Mix dressing. Toss with salad ingredients.
