Ambrosia Rice

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    - 1 can (8 oz) diced pineapple in own juice
    - 1 can (8 oz) Mandarin Oranges
    - 1 cup cooked brown rice
    - 1 cup red grapes
    - cup raisins
    - 1 (6 oz) container strawberry nonfat yogurt

Directions

Drain pineapple and oranges and place in large bowl.

Add all other ingredients and mix gently.

Serve now or later. Will keep in refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Serving Size: Makes 4 (1 cup) servings
