Asian soup stock

Number of Servings: 6
1 T canola oil
1/4 small head of cabbage, shredded
6 c. Fat-free chicken broth
2 T soy sauce
1 smidgen of ground Ginger (think less than 1/8 t)
8 fresh green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
In a large pan or wok, sauté cabbage and garlic in canola oil for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Add broth, soy sauce and Ginger and continue to cook for 5-7 more minutes. Add onions (and wontons or chinese noodles if desired and cook for another 5 minutes.
