1 large can of canned chicken or 2 small cans
1/2 TBSP of light mayonnaise
1/3 Cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 large stalk of celery, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 Cup raisins (soak in hot water approx 5 minutes to rehydrate)
Approx. 1 - 2 TBSP curry powder, to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Great on pita bread.
