4 Tbls Dijon mustard
8 thin slices lean deli ham
4 one-ounce slices colby jack cheese
2.Layer 2 slices of ham and one slice of cheese on each of 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining slices of bread.
3.Serve each person one sandwhich and one apple.
