    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    *Average Roma Tomato, 3 serving
    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia)
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp


Just add water and all the ingredients and let it boil for a long time..makes a good pre-meal soup...I chopped the veggies with a mandolin slicer

You can blend half the ingredients to get a thicker soup...
