Rotini and Cheese

Ingredients

    Two boxes of Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Rotini
    3 cups of skim milk
    2 packages of Crystal Farms Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (divided into two bowls)
    4 tbsp flour
    4 tbsp margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions. Preaheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer pasta, 1/3 of one package of cheese, salt and pepper in an oven safe bowl. Set aside. Melt margarine in sauce pan. Add flour to make a roux. Add milk and second package of cheese and stir until sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over pasta in bowl and stir until mixed together. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve
