Ingredients

2 cups cooked bulgur
1 apple, unpeeled, cored and chopped
2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 slices provolone cheese, diced
5 oz. ham, chopped
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. lime juice
Tips
Directions
Stir together all ingredients but olive oil and lime juice. Shake olive oil and lime juice together in a closed jar, then pour over salad and stir.
