Cheesy Taco Soup

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 onion (if desired)
    1 can hormel chili no beans
    1 can red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
    1 can stewed tomatoes (no salt)
    2 cans Rotel original
    16 oz sour cream
    16 oz velveeta cheese

Tips

Serve with baked tostitos or your favorite tortilla chips ;)


Directions

Brown meat and onion
In crock pot add chili, beans, stewed tomatoes and Rotel, on high.
After 2 hours add sour cream and velveeta (cut up into pieces). Allow to melt.
