Bruchetta Pasta

Introduction

I was inspired with my favorite Italian appetizer, and now this has become my favorite pasta dish. I was inspired with my favorite Italian appetizer, and now this has become my favorite pasta dish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped and seeded red tomato
    3 cloves of garlic minced
    1/4 cup sliced olives
    1 cup mushrooms sliced
    1 tbl EV olive oil
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 servings of spaghetti or pasta of your choice

Directions

Cook pasta to al dente. While pasta is cooking chop vegtables and garlic. Heat olive oil in pan and add garlic, seasoning, and veg. Cook until warmed through. Drain pasta and add to mixture and toss with parmesan cheese, seasoning to taste.
