6 Egg Whites
3 slices Oscar Meyer Deli Fresh Ham
1 slice Kraft Fat Free American Cheese
3 T Pico de Gallo or Salsa
.25 C Baby Spinich
Pepper to taste
2. Add paper to egg whites and wisk quickly.
3. Scramble egg whites in the same plan used to wilt baby spinich.
4. As the eggs reach the end of the cooking time tear the ham and cheese into small pieces and add them to the pan.
5. Cook until the ham is warm and cheese is melted.
