Campbell's Guilt Free Chicken Pot Pie

Introduction

This is a simple, quick and healthy pot pie that only takes a slice of time! This is a simple, quick and healthy pot pie that only takes a slice of time!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 chicken breats, cooked and cubed
    one package of frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
    one can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup, 98% fat free
    1 cup of Bisquick (Heart Smart)
    1/2 Cup of Skim Milk
    1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 400* degrees
Mix chicken, soup and thawed veggies and mix together in a pie pan. You can salt and pepper to taste.
Mix Bisquick, egg and milk in separate container. Once mixed, pour over vegetables it the pie pan.
Bake at 4oo for 30 minutes.
Makes four servings!!!
