Amhari Mesir Wat - Ethiopian Spicey Red Lentils

Submitted by: DOWNTOWNJEN

Introduction

Found this great recipe for one of my favorite Ethiopian dishes on International Vegetarian Union.

The amount of servings is listed as 8 - which would make this a "side dish". However, I often eat double portions as a "main dish".
