Ingredients

1 can garbanzos (chick peas) - I used Bush's and drained off a little of the water
2 cups spinach - I used fresh baby spinach
juice from 1/2 of a lemon
1 garlic clove (add as much as you desire)
your favorite seasonings - I am from Jamaica so I used dry jerk seasoning. Mmmmm.
Tips
Directions
place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Pour into a bowl and enjoy with pita bread, tortilla chips or your favorite vegetable.
