Ingredients

    3 cans (15 oz) black beans, rinsed & drained
    2 stalks celery chopped
    onion chopped
    green bell pepper chopped
    20 oz chicken broth
    used roasted bell pepper & garlic seasoning by McCormick for seasoning

Directions

sautee celery, onion, bell pepper in 2 tbsp canola oil. add beans & chicken broth. allow it to simmer until vegetables are soft. blend until it is a consistancy you prefer

Serving Size: makes 3 2-cup servings
