Strawberry-Banana Yogurt Protein Shake

Introduction

A very low-fat, tasty drink to help you meet your protein & calorie needs! A very low-fat, tasty drink to help you meet your protein & calorie needs!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup nonfat milk
    2 cups frozen strawberries
    1 medium banana, chunked (fresh or frozen)
    2 tablespoons agave nectar
    2 cups fat-free greek yogurt

Directions

Add milk to your blender. Add strawberries and banana pieces one by one to the milk while blender is set to blend. Add agave nectar to fruit and milk. Add yogurt to everything and continue to blend until completely mixed. Serve.

Serving Size: Make approx. 6 1-cup servings.
