Pork & Cabbage Egg Rolls

Submitted by: BIGT_56

Introduction

You can mix up the filling, keep in the frig, and then make only the amount of egg rolls you need. That way you are not tempted to eat too many (they are so good you will want too). This can be made with any meat or just veggies alone. You can mix up the filling, keep in the frig, and then make only the amount of egg rolls you need. Bring a skillet sprayed with nostick spray to medium-high heat on the stove. Add cabbage, pork and any excess marinade. Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes, until pork is cooked though.
