6 Chicken Thighs
Zucchini, 6 cups, sliced (about .5 kilo)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cup, chopped or sliced
*Peaches, canned, extra light syrup, 1.2 cup, slices
Onions, raw, medium sized, chopped
*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
Pepper, black, .5 tsp
sweet paprika 2 tsp
Add a bit of water on the bottom of slow cooker.
I am going to try this again with pineapple next time or slices apples is another alternative to try.
* Also, I will be placing the zucchini on the bottom under the chicken. I like them really well done.
