Ingredients

    1 box of elbow macaroni (16 oz)
    1lb of lean ground beef (16 oz)
    2 tbsp of flour
    2 tbsp of butter
    1 tsp of sugar
    2-3 whole bay leaves (for flavoring only, not to eat)

Directions

Cook macaroni noodles.
While macaroni noodles are cooking, fry up the ground beef.
Drain macaroni noodles and place in a large bowl.
Once the ground beef is thoroughly cooked, add tomatoes, flour, butter, sugar, bay leaves. Cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the mixture into the bowl.
Stir and serve.
