Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 tube reduced fat crescent rolls (8 rolls)
    1lb ground turkey
    6 oz fat free feta
    3 oz grape tomatoes, halved
    2 tsp basil
    2 tsp oregano
    2 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 tsp thyme
    fresh pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

In a skillet, brown the turkey with oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Drain and remove from heat.

Roll out the tube of rolls in a shallow baking dish. Press together to get rid of the pre-made cuts in the dough. Set aside for 5 minutes so it will rise again.

Top the dough with turkey, feta and tomatoes. Sprinkle basil and pepper on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Like pizza - this dish is great warm or cold!
