Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups unsweetened applesauce
    1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
    ¼ cup white vinegar
    ½ tbsp ground ginger
    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Combine all ingredients in a 2 – quart casserole.
Bake uncovered for 2 ½ hours, stirring occasionally.
Allow to cool and place in jars.
