Baked Zucchini

Ingredients

    2 Zucchini, cut into 1/4" slices
    2 T. Butter, melted
    1 T. minced fresh Oregano
    1/4 C. grated Fresh Parmesan Chesse
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a bowl, toss the zucchini, butter and oregano. Arrange in a shallow baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins or until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
