    Ingredients:
    Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 leaf
    *Fresh Made Organic Kefir - Plain, .5 cup
    Almonds, 20 almond
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, .5 oz
    Cranberries, .5 cup, whole
    greek yogurt plain or vanilla 1/2 c.

must have commercial level blender like a vitamix


Directions

Add to vita-mix or commercial blender in order given. add 1 or 1-1/2 cups ice according to preference. Pulse or low speed for 5-10 seconds, then on high for 30-40 seconds. Serve
