Black Bean Soup

Ingredients

    2 cans (15 oz) black beans rinsed and drained
    1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes
    1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
    1 can (11 oz) mexicorn, drained
    1 can (7 oz) chopped green chiles
    4 green chiles, thinly sliced
    2 T. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

in a stockpot combine all ingredients. cover and simmer until heated through. Garnish with cliantro,sour cream or cheese
