Ingredients

    6c.romaine lettuce leaves
    1C.halved cherry tomatoes
    1/2C.shredded carrot
    1 1/2C.fresh lemon juice

    -VINAIGRETTE-
    1tbsp.olive oil
    1tsp.dijon mustard
    1tsphoney
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1minced garlic clove

Directions

mix greens, tomatoes and carrots in a bowl.in a separate bowl or jar combine vinaigrette ingredients. stir or shake dressing. drizzle vinaigrette over salad; toss to coat.
