My Chunky Low Sodium Marinara

Ingredients

    2 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes no salt added, drained
    2 TBSP Tomato paste
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 TBSP diced garlic
    parsley
    oregano
    basil
    garlic powder

Directions

Coat sauce pan in non stick olive oil cooking spray. Add onions and garlic and cook until onions are tender.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water and herbs and spices. Break up tomatoes as sauce comes to a boil. Reduce heat, partially cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 9 1/4 cup servings
