Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and place it in the oven while preheating. In a meduim bowl, mix together all ingredients using your hands. Form the meat mixture into golf-ball sized balls. Place about 1-inch apart on the hot baking sheet. Press down to flatten the bottom just slightly. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, turn them over and continue baking for about 5 minutes more or until crispy on the outside.
