Really Red Pepper Hummus

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    *Tahini, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    *Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp
    *Red bell peppers, 2, roasted and peeled (not oil-packed)
    *Chickpeas (canned), 1 can

Directions

Combine first four ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.

With motor running, slowly add in chickpeas. Stop, stir and add water as needed.

Serving Size: Serves five.
