Ingredients

    1 box whole wheat spaghetti noodles
    1 can four cheese hunts tomato sauce
    4 oz fat free cream cheese cubed
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    basil
    oregano
    dash salt
    pepper to taste
    half tbls canola oil
    1 chicken breast diced

Directions

1. Put oil into large pan with garlic.
2. Add cubed cream cheese
3. Add spices
4. When the cheese starts to melt add milk
5. Whisk continually until the cheese is melted and milk is a creamy sauce.
6. add tomato sauce and stir together

7. At the same time cook diced chicken in non-stick fry pan with no oil until cooked and brown.
8. at the same time, cook noodles
9. Toss everything together

Serving Size: 1/2 cup serving size
