1/4 cup chopped Ginger
2 (32oz) + 2 Cups of Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 cup Fresh Mushrooms
1 8oz can Bamboo Shoots Drained
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 (16 oz) pkg Frozen Asian Stir Fry Vegetables
1 lb Frozen Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
1/4 cup Fresh or Frozen Cilantro
1 bunch Fresh Spinach
1/2 cup Cornstarch
