Creole Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

    10 oz. Shrimp, small cooked and drained
    8 oz. Small scallops, cooked and drained
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 T Olive oil
    2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning or Old Bay
    Salt & Pepper
    4 T Chopped Parsley
    3 T Scallions
    5 sprigs, Dillweed
    4 fl. oz. Lemon Juice


Directions

Saute garlic and onions in olive oil. Add shrimp and scallops bring to a boil add Cajun Seasoning. Allow to simmer for 10 - 15 min. add parsley, scallions, lemon juice and dill right before serving.

Served with White Stone Ground Grits.
