Crockpot Chicken and barley soup

Ingredients

    1 pound chicken thighs, de-boned, no skin
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    3 carrots, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 red potatoes (about a pound)
    1/2 cup barley (uncooked)
    1/2 tsp sage
    1/2 tsp marjoram
    1 bay leaf
    enough water to cover the veggies

Directions

Put everything in a crockpot on high. Let cook for about 6 hours.

Serving Size: 6 1.5 cup servings, depending on how much water you add :)
