My Seaweed Dahl

Ingredients

    1.5 Cups dried Lentils, Soak if possible
    1 Medium Onion, diced
    2 Large Carrots, diced
    1/2 Cup Dried Sea Vegetables, broken into pieces
    1 Med/Large Tomato, diced
    1 Stalk Celery, diced
    1 oz Toasted Sesame Seeds, ground
    Cumin Seeds 1tsp-1TBSP depending on taste
    Curry Powder 1tsp-1TBSP
    4 Cups Water

Tips

Adjust time and add if using larger lentils than the tiny green english ones. You can use any of them, and everyone tastes totally different! Message me if you have questions or want tips to change it up.


Directions

Dice all vegies up the same size, combined with Lentils, Water, and Spices to taste.
Cook for 10-20 in pressure cooker on high, or about 3-4 hours in slowcooker or crockpot.
