Turkey Stir Fry

Ingredients

    Olive Oil
    Carrots, sliced
    Fresh Zuchinni, sliced
    Fresh Summer Squash, sliced
    Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
    6 oz. ground turkey
    Garlic
    Lite Soy Sauce
    Long grain white rice

Directions

Heat olive oil on med/high in a non stick pan, add turkey, cook until done. Add vegetables and cook until aldente or to desired texture. Serve over long grain rice.
