Ingredients

2 cups oats
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1/3 c pumpkin or sunflower seeds
1/3 c dry roasted & salted whole almonds
1/3 c craisins or raisins
Tips
Directions
Carefully toast oats on a baking sheet under broiler, watching constantly and occasionally stirring. They can burn easily so watch closely. In a large skillet heat butter, honey and brown sugar together until bubbly and then add the toasted oats. Stir to coat add the seeds, nuts and fruit toss together heat for 3 or 4 more minutes. Allow to cool completely on the cookie sheet and enjoy.
