Potato, Broccoli, and Cheese Soup


Number of Servings: 2


    1 large potato
    1 c frozen broccoli
    2 T flour
    1 c skim milk
    1 t light margarine
    2 oz light cheese


Cook potato. Mix flour in skim milk, add to pan w/ margarine and broccoli. Cook till thickened. Serve in bowl with cheese melted on top.
