Ground beef, extra lean, 24 oz
*Bread Crumbs (Panko Japanese Style), 0.5 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo
Onions, raw, 1 small (I used a zester, mincing would probably work to)
Garlic, 5 cloves (I used a zester, mincing would probably work to)
Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
*crushed red pepper flakes, 1tsp
poultry seasoning 1tsp
I eyeball my spice measurements so these are estimates.
2.In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onions, garlic and spices. Form the mixture into meatballs.
3.Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the center is no longer pink. Let stand for 5 minutes
