Corned beef glaze

Ingredients

    1 tbsp. mustard
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    2 tbsp. butter

Tips


Directions

Combine mustard, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, pineapple juice, and butter into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 2 minutes to dissolve sugar. Pour sauce over corner beef and bake at 350. degrees for 25-30 minutes. Spoon sauce over meat frequesntly.
