Ingredients

    6 egg whites
    1/4 cup cottage cheese
    1/4 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
    8 oz skim milk
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp garlic, pressed or granulated garlic
    6 medium mushrooms chopped
    1 cup broccoli, chopped
    12 oz ground turkey
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1/2 tsp ground sage
    1/2 tsp ground pepper
    (opt- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes)

Tips

Actually, I like this better cold, so you can do it ahead. Iove it with a salad. 2 servings is a real person's serving. Especially for dinner.


Directions

Cook sausage and crumble.
Cut mushrooms and broccoli
Mix egg whites, cheeses, milk, flour, and garlic. Add mushrooms, broccoli and sausage.
Pour into a greased 9" pie pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
