Crock Pot Chicken Pamesan

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .50 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cup (remove)


Spread 1 TBSP Olive oil into the bottom of your crockpot. Beat the egg with a fork in a separate bowl
Mix the bread crumbs ith the seasoning and the parmesan cheese in another separate dish
dip the chicken into the egg the into the bread crumb mixture, coating both sides with crumbs.
place the chicken breast pieces in the bottom f the crcckpot. cover chicken with entire jar of marinara sauce

close lid and cook 6-7 hours on lo or 3-4 hours on high

serve with favorite pasta (pasta calories not added.
