1 lb Chicken, cubed into bite size pieces
1.5 lbs mixed Vegetables, cut into bite size pieces
8oz Spicy Red Curry Sauce
2 TBSP Olive Oil
Wipe pan with wet paper towel and add 1 TSBP oil, add all veges, save bean sprouts for last if using them. Cook till almost done.
Add Curry sauce and chicken to pan and heat through on low. Right before serving add bean sprouts before serving over rice.
Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of 428g each.
