Introduction

squished squash YUMO! I had a windfall of several squash near the end of there lives so I baked them, pureed them w/ milk & butter & separated & freeze them. squished squash YUMO! I had a windfall of several squash near the end of there lives so I baked them, pureed them w/ milk & butter & separated & freeze them.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 small ghost pumpkin
    1 small regular pumpkin
    3 danish squash
    1/2 cup butter 1 stick
    1/2 cup milk
    salt & pepper to taste
    dash of nutmeg if desired

Tips

I use this as you would with mashed potatoes & could easily be made vegitarain or fat free bu.


Directions

puncture squash, place on baking dishes & bake at 250 for 90 minutes. Allow to steam & cool, cut in half scoop out seeds & puree or mash with butter & milk. I used food processor & needed milk to help get things moving.
