Ingredients

    1 piece salmon
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp honey
    1/2 tsp garlic

Tips

my calorie count comes from a 6 oz. piece of salmon.


Directions

Mix together soy, honey, and garlic. Place salmon in a baking dish and drizzle sauce on top. place in 350* oven for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with wild rice and veggies for a delicious dinner for one!
