Fried Rice

Ingredients

    I boil in bag brown Rice (cooked)
    1 Cup of great value mixed vegetables
    1 cup of Schwan's mushroom & onions
    4 teaspoons olive oil
    2 large eggs (slightly beaten)
    2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce



Tips


Directions

Boil the rice like box says. Stir the mixed vegetables, mushrooms & onion in a skillet with olive oil. Pull the mixtures to the side. Add the eggs to the skillet & cook them. Than rice & soy sauce. Mix the stuff together.
