Ingredients

    100g scallops
    100g asparagus
    1/4 sm onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp coconut oil
    3 tbsp tomato sauce

Directions

Melt the oil, add scallops, onion, and garlic; at the end add the asparagus. Leave for 5 mins and add the tomato sauce Yummy
